What is creative Soul Mapping?

An image, a story or a movement can reveal something we have felt for a long time without finding words for it. Creative Soul Mapping offers a therapeutic space to give these experiences form and explore their meaning.

Through writing, art, imagery and movement, we follow the connections between feelings, memories, inner conflicts and personal strengths and resources. A recurring symbol may bring an overlooked need into focus. A piece of writing may give voice to conflicting parts of yourself. A movement may help your body’s innate intelligence to understand and integrate a new way of being.

I call this Soul Mapping because we gradually trace your inner landscape: the stories you carry, the ways you protect yourself, what sustains you and what is seeking expression. The meanings emerge through your own associations and our dialogue.

Drawing on creative therapy, dance movement therapy and psychological counselling, I support you in reflecting on what emerges and connecting it with your everyday life. No artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to explore at your own pace.

How We Work Together

Individual sessions take place online via Zoom, allowing you to participate from your own home. You will need a quiet, private space, simple creative materials and, when we include movement, enough room to move comfortably.

We begin with what brings you to the session: a feeling, a question, a situation or something you find difficult to express. Together, we choose a way of exploring that feels appropriate, with room to pause, reflect and change direction.

You might write a dialogue between conflicting parts of yourself, create an image of a feeling or explore a personal theme through a myth. Gentle movement and body awareness can help you explore boundaries, closeness, distance or taking up space.

Conversation accompanies the creative process. We consider your associations, what surprises you and how the experience connects with your life. I guide the enquiry through creative therapy, dance movement therapy and psychological counselling, adapting the process to our online setting and your needs.

Opportunities to explore this work in person may also be available during retreats.

Your Intention for the Work

An intention gives direction to the creative process. You may wish to reconnect with an inner strength that feels difficult to access, shed light on a question or recurring theme, or find meaning and balance during uncertainty and change.

Together, we give this intention a form that feels meaningful to you. It might begin with a question: What would help me trust myself? What keeps drawing me into this pattern? What do I need as I enter this next chapter?

Through writing, imagery, art and movement, we explore what arises around your intention—the feelings, conflicts and possibilities it brings into focus. The intention can deepen or change as you discover more about yourself.

You do not need to arrive with it fully formed. Finding the intention may itself be the beginning of our work.

Sessions & Practical Details

60 minutes · €80
90 minutes · €120

A longer session allows more time for creative exploration and reflection. We can agree on the length when booking.

You can book a single session around a particular intention or arrange ongoing sessions to explore a theme more deeply. We agree on a rhythm that gives you time to reflect and integrate between meetings.

Preparing your space
Choose a quiet, private place where you feel comfortable speaking and working creatively. Have paper, a journal and some pencils or colours nearby. Simple materials are enough. If we include movement, a little clear space will be helpful.

Before we meet
Please send me a few sentences about what draws you to this work or the intention you would like to explore. If you are unsure, we can find a starting point together.
