It’s been a funny few month this year. I’ve been sick twice already- the first time I must have caught a virus that made it it’s mission to clear out my lungs of any mucus that has been building up there over the last few years. Now it’s my sinuses. I feel like I am sneezing out parts of my brain at this rate. But slowly I am getting better. I just need to learn the lesson that I am teaching everyone else for years now – Radical Self Love. I have cancelled my classes, cancelled my day job as a substitute teacher, skipping any physical practice and am not going anywhere. I am staying in bed today and do, what I love to do. I write.
It’s that time again. I caught a virus.
Carlos – my partner – brought it back from his travel to Spain, together with a story of sadness, remembrance and letting go.
