Now it’s my sinuses. I feel like I am sneezing out parts of my brain at this rate. But slowly I am getting better. I just need to learn the lesson that I am teaching everyone else for years now – Radical Self Love. I have cancelled my classes, cancelled my day job as a substitute teacher, skipping any physical practice and am not going anywhere. I am staying in bed today and do, what I love to do. I write.

The longer I am familiar with the Yoga Sutras, the more I feel their relevance, especially in our present times.
